- Property & Casualty provides second‑line independent oversight and advisory support to ensure business products, services, and processes comply with regulatory requirements and the compliance framework.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree and 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree. 6 or more years relevant experience in compliance, risk, legal or audit within the financial services or insurance industry or specialized technical fields directly related to the role. Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated environment. Advanced knowledge in a specific area of compliance laws, regulations, and regulatory expectations. Demonstrated ability to apply advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance to consult and provide insight and guidance. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience providing guidance and standard processes to team members.What sets you apart:
8+ years Property & Casualty regulatory compliance experience. Relevant industry designations (MCM, CPCU, ARM, ARC, CCEP). Experience interacting with insurance regulators. Experience with Property & Casualty product development. Previous experience with project management and ability to provide advice and guidance that confirms the end result will meet regulatory requirements. Experience executing a Property & Casualty compliance strategy, which should include the following: regulatory complaints oversight, assessment of regulatory requirements, proper supervision and guidance of business requirements to comply. Experience providing compliance oversight on business action plans, projects or operational requests. Experience serving as a resource to less experienced team members on escalated issues of a routine nature. Strong relationship management with internal and external partners.Compensation range:
The salary range for this position is: $103,450- $197,730 .

USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
