Pay :
starting at $90,000 a year based on level of education and experience. San Pasqual Academy is located on a beautiful 238 acres in rural San Pasqual Valley. SPA is equipped with all the amenities of a private high school, including classrooms, an auditorium, gym, and cafeteria. On grounds sports and activities include basketball, softball, and football. Our unique campus features residential staff and house parents serving as surrogate parents who mentor and tutor students, teach age-appropriate independent living skills, create opportunities to explore new interests, encourage participation in sports and recreation, assist in the exploration of career and job opportunities, and promote family living skills. This job will require travel within CA and NV. Must be willing to travel.

ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 (https://riteofpassage.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/ROP-benefits-perks-2024-v2.pdf) What you will do: The Regional Compliance Director will be responsible for conducting audits, monitoring, and risk assessments across all facilities within the CA/NV District to ensure adherence to licensing requirements, state regulations, and critical compliance standards, including PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) and CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation requirements. This role will require close collaboration with both internal teams and external agencies to mitigate compliance vulnerabilities, provide technical assistance, and develop and implement corrective action plans as needed to maintain compliance with all relevant standards. This position is a key role on the Management team, ensuring success across all sites.
