2997291015-2 Apply for this job now Job Description WSH Management, Inc. seeks a Director of Compliance to lead affordable housing and regulatory compliance across its multifamily portfolio. This role develops, implements, and monitors policies and procedures to ensure adherence to HUD, LIHTC, and other program requirements. The Director will conduct file audits, oversee reporting, support property teams during inspections, and partner closely with operations and leadership. The position also drives training, risk mitigation, and process improvement to support a resident-focused, service-oriented culture and maintain high-quality, well-managed communities. Responsibilities Lead compliance program for multifamily and affordable housing portfolio Develop and update policies and procedures to meet HUD, LIHTC, and other regulations Conduct regular compliance and resident file audits across properties Oversee regulatory and program reporting to agencies and stakeholders Support properties during inspections, reviews, and audits Design and deliver compliance training for onsite and corporate teams Identify and mitigate compliance risks through monitoring and follow-up Partner with operations and leadership on compliance-related initiatives Maintain documentation, records, and systems to support compliance Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and resident service Required Skills Affordable housing compliance HUD regulations LIHTC program compliance Regulatory reporting Compliance audits Policy and procedure development Risk management Training development and delivery Property management operations Data and document management
