This position serves as a key operational resource for ensuring that district and school systems function efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The position is responsible for coordinating and maintaining critical district information systems; student enrollment and records; attendance and data reporting; state and federal compliance requirements; audits; board governance processes; food service compliance; expanded learning program compliance; parent communication systems; and required school committees and programs. The Superintendent Secretary/Compliance Director works across departments and programs and serves as a central point of coordination between the Superintendent, school site staff, district departments, families, outside agencies, and regulatory entities. Because of the size of the District, the position requires a high degree of independence, initiative, organization, discretion, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
