This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely preparation of regulatory filings, including quarterly and annual reports. The ideal candidate will bring a strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and a proactive approach to enhancing processes. Looking for a manager who has done all parts of the SEC reporting process from start to finish. Lead the preparation and submission of external financial reports, including 10-K and 10-Q filings This position will be hybrid, 2-3 days onsite and remote. Position includes 10-15% quarterly bonus, 401k match, stock options grant.
