Description City Wide Facility Solutions of San Diego is a leading provider of facility maintenance and cleaning janitorial services, offering a wide range of solutions to commercial companies across San Diego County. We take pride in our team and seek a dedicated Night Shift Contract Compliance Supervisor to join our dynamic workforce. City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Contract Compliance Supervisor to lead our nightly cleaning operations across San Diego County. Monday

•Friday; on-call on weekends 4:00 pm

•12:30 am Full-time, exempt

Salary:

$70,304

•$75,000 ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS

Supervise and coordinate our night shift Quality Assurance Officers (Contract Compliance Officers or CCOs) each night, making sure every client's janitorial scope of work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Perform quality control inspections across facilities to confirm cleaning tasks meet or exceed company and client expectations. Train, develop, and mentor staff, and make sure everyone follows safety protocols and operational procedures. Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed. Address and resolve client issues or concerns quickly and professionally. Keep work on schedule, and resolve delays or challenges as they come up. Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and supply usage. Enforce safety standards to protect clients, independent contractors, and the facility. Report maintenance issues or hazards to the right department. Support the hiring process and help keep staffing levels where they need to be. Drive a company vehicle between sites. Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking staff, independent contractors, and clients. Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) for scheduling, reporting, and communication.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Negotiate contracts with Independent Contractors (ICs), ensuring satisfaction of all stakeholders. Promote the sales of, procure and monitor supplies for clients and ICs in alignment with company standards. Effectively communicate all client issues with contractors; promptly address any client issues or problems that arise. Use City Wide's CRM to perform client inspections. Develop and implement a plan with the Directors of Operations (DOOs) , Facility Solutions Managers (FSMs), and CCOs to resolve any client complaints or deficiencies in service and actively monitor compliance. Be present and participate in quarterly contractor events and operational meetings. Maintain updated route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and general account information. Analyze reports from CCOs and manage accounts, ICs and CCOs accordingly.
