What You'll Do:
- Assess the design and effectiveness of a multinational organization's ethics and compliance program
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and review policies, processes, governance, data, and supporting evidence
- Evaluate program maturity and benchmark against DOJ guidance and industry practices
- Identify gaps, root causes, and risk implications
- Develop prioritized recommendations and an executive-ready improvement roadmap
- Support internal investigations as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience conducting ethics and compliance program assessments for large multinational organizations
- Hands-on experience evaluating program design and operational effectiveness
- Familiarity with DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs guidance
- Experience assessing global programs across multiple jurisdictions
- Background in technology, marketplace, or other highly regulated industries
- Ability to manage work independently and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders
- CFE, CIA, legal, regulatory, or in-house compliance experience is a plus
