Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contracting & Credentialing Manager to lead our provider contracting and credentialing processes. In this vital role, you will oversee the development and management of contractual agreements with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will facilitate seamless provider onboarding, credential verification, and ongoing compliance, ultimately supporting our mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence operational excellence within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Duties Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of provider contracts, ensuring favorable terms aligned with organizational goals and industry standards Manage the entire credentialing process for healthcare providers, verifying licenses, certifications, and credentials in accordance with NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) standards Maintain up-to-date knowledge of managed care policies, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance across all contracting activities Collaborate with medical offices and internal teams to streamline onboarding procedures and credentialing workflows Monitor contract performance and provider compliance through regular audits and documentation reviews Develop and implement policies for credentialing renewal processes, re-credentialing, and ongoing provider verification Maintain comprehensive records of all contracting documents, credentialing files, and related correspondence in secure systems Experience Proven experience in managed care contracting or healthcare provider relations Medical office experience is highly desirable to understand clinical workflows and provider needs Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical documentation and licensing information Familiarity with NCQA standards for healthcare quality accreditation and provider credentialing processes Excellent negotiation skills combined with attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining compliance standards Join us in shaping a healthcare environment where quality meets efficiency! Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
