Job Description

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IRP Agent to serve as a third-party representative to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). In this vital role, you will facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements related to vehicle registration, licensing, and public safety. Your energetic approach will ensure efficient processing, accurate reporting, and adherence to all relevant regulations, including OSHA standards, FDA regulations, and public health guidelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to regulatory compliance management while supporting community safety and operational excellence. Duties Act as a dedicated liaison between the organization and DMV, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documentation. Conduct thorough report writing and maintain detailed records of all interactions, inspections, and compliance activities. Manage regulatory reporting processes in accordance with OSHA standards, FDA regulations, and other applicable public health directives. Review and verify documentation for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to vehicle registration and licensing. Assist in implementing compliance management systems that promote adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Monitor ongoing updates to DMV policies, OSHA guidelines, and FDA regulations to ensure organizational practices remain current. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate training on compliance procedures and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in compliance management within construction or public health sectors is highly desirable. Strong report writing skills with meticulous attention to detail. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, FDA regulations, and public health policies. Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and implement them effectively within organizational processes. Excellent communication skills for liaising with DMV officials, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure. Prior experience with regulatory reporting systems or compliance software is a plus. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
