Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers, adhering to all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules across over-the-road (OTR) driving routes Load and unload freight with proper manual handling techniques, ensuring cargo safety and security during transit Transport hazardous materials (hazmat) and dangerous goods following hazardous materials regulations and safety protocols Manage automobile transportation tasks when required, including securing vehicles during transit Conduct routine inspections of trucks and trailers to ensure mechanical soundness and compliance with safety standards Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo documentation, and delivery records in accordance with FMCSA regulations Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle operated (e.g., hazmat, tanker) Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving with tractor-trailers or similar heavy-duty vehicles Knowledge of truck loading and unloading procedures, logistics cargo handling, and freight management Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and route planning for efficient delivery schedules Ability to operate manual transmission trucks safely and confidently Understanding of DOT regulations, FMCSA guidelines, and hazardous materials regulations governing truck driving operations Strong manual handling skills for load & unload activities while maintaining safety standards Embark on a rewarding journey with us—where your skills keep the world moving!

$1,100.00 - $1,300.00 per week
