The Role:

Lead and oversee the organization's compliance function, ensuring continued adherence to regulatory and operational requirements Prepare the business for AHCA surveys, including audits and compliance reviews Manage and respond to complaints, audits, and regulatory challenges Work closely with Operations, HR, Clinical, and Licensure teams to strengthen processes and standards across the organization Help standardize policies, procedures, and company culture across acquired businesses Manage a small team of 2-3 professionals across Clinical, Compliance, and Licensure Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology, and efficiency across the organization Support the company's continued growth

Required Competencies:

Proven experience within Compliance, ideally within Private Duty Home Care or Nurse Registry Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and preparation for AHCA surveys Experience dealing with audits, complaints, and regulatory requirements Additional experience within Operations, HR, or Clinical environments would be highly advantageous Strong technology skills and an openness to leveraging AI and new technology Hard-working, open, honest, and direct communication style Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate independently Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and standardize processes across multiple locations and acquired businesses Must be commutable to the Boca Raton office
