Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the USA The Role Reporting to the Senior Vice President - Legal and working closely with all departments, the Corporate, Insurance and Compliance Manager will be based in Florida, USA, and play a key role in supporting the team.

Key responsibilities will include:

Review and negotiate confidentiality agreements between the Company and prospective customers Review and analyze initial and annual responses provided by customers, prospective customers and vendors in response to Company initiated "Know Your Customer" requests Assist with monitoring customer compliance with contractual insurance obligations Assist with the creation of U.S. legal entities, including coordinating with Treasury, Tax, Accounting and Legal teams to evaluate specific transaction and financing requirements necessitating creation of legal entities Assist with maintaining and renewing Company's possessed and contingent aircraft insurance coverage and related insurance matters Performing other duties as assigned or requested to support Company transactions The Person The ideal candidate for the position should meet the following requirements: At least 5+ years' experience in the aviation leasing industry Excellent organizational, time and project management skills and attention to detail A team player with strong collaborative skills and the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in and outside the organization Ability to function well in a high-paced environment as part of a team Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); prior experience with contract database or management software required Fluent in English; we are in an international business and languages other than English are a plus The Company Our client is a relationship-driven commercial aircraft lessor, providing lease, financing, and asset management solutions with a focus on regional, crossover, small narrowbody and wide-body aircraft. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
