Compliance Associate - Level 1 Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in Compliance, Insurance, GAP, F&I, or Automotive Ancillary Products ? We're looking for a Compliance Associate Level 1 to join a growing Compliance team and play an important role in keeping products, programs, and regulatory requirements on track across multiple states. What you'll be doing:
- Support state regulatory form and rate filings
- Track filings through multiple portals
- Coordinate licensing renewals and regulatory approvals
- Work with insurance carriers, lenders, states, and third-party vendors
- Review compliance and sales materials for regulatory alignment
- Respond to compliance questions from internal and external partners
- Help develop and launch new programs
- Maintain procedures, deadlines, approvals, and compliance documentation
- Perform quality assurance reviews while maintaining a high level of accuracy What we're looking for: ?
Experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Insurance, GAP, F&I, Licensing, or Automotive Ancillary Products ? Automotive ancillary experience is strongly preferred ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ? Excellent written and verbal communication ? Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects ? Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort working across multiple systems and portals ? Experience with regulatory filings, contracts, or compliance documentation is a plus ???? GAP/ancillary product underwriting knowledge? Even better.
