Job description Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Compliance Manager for a fast-growing organization in a highly regulated industry. This is an onsite role based in Tampa, FL (no hybrid or remote schedule available). Position Overview The Compliance Manager will be responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining organization-wide compliance programs to ensure alignment with federal, state, and local regulations. This individual will collaborate across departments to integrate compliance into daily operations while supporting organizational growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a focus on audit readiness, risk mitigation, and fostering a culture of accountability. Perks Competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 annually Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with immediate eligibility starting Day One Generous paid time off and a supportive work-life balance environment Opportunity to build and enhance compliance infrastructure within a growing organization Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage organization-wide compliance programs aligned with regulatory requirements Establish governance frameworks, policies, and audit processes to ensure consistent compliance practices Conduct internal audits, assess risk exposure, and lead corrective action planning Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits, regulatory inquiries, and compliance-related matters Monitor regulatory updates and ensure policies, procedures, and systems remain current Partner cross-functionally to drive compliance initiatives and deliver training that promotes accountability Qualifications Experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory environments within a highly regulated industry Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, internal controls, audits, and applicable regulations (e.g., labor, operational, or data privacy) Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders Experience with compliance systems, reporting tools, and data analysis Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Compensation And Benefits This position offers a competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, optional
