As a licensed partner since 2019, the company operates nationally recognized restaurant brands including Panda Express, Qdoba, and Zaxby's. Focus Group Services is honored to support and serve military service members and their families through partnerships with Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), as well as students and faculty through university dining programs. Position Overview The Service Team Member is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience by providing friendly, efficient service in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. This role plays a critical part in representing the brand, ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall restaurant operations. Service Team Members are expected to work collaboratively, maintain high standards, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Key Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide a positive first impression Accurately take customer orders and process transactions using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system Handle cash, credit, and digital payments following company cash‑handling procedures Assemble and serve food and beverages according to brand standards and guest expectations Maintain cleanliness of front counter, cashier station, and surrounding areas Respond promptly and courteously to guest questions or concerns, escalating issues when appropriate Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards at all times Restock service areas, condiments, and supplies as needed throughout the shift Support kitchen and team members during peak periods to ensure smooth operations Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and workplace conduct expectations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required; training provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions Commitment to providing excellent guest service with a positive attitude Schedule & Work Hours Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require This position is hourly and non‑exempt, eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws Meal and rest breaks provided in accordance with company policy and labor regulations Education Background High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Ability to read menus, follow instructions, and perform basic math Company‑provided training for customer service standards and POS systems Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25-40 pounds Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with moderate noise and varying temperatures Work Environment Quick‑service / fast‑casual restaurant setting Direct guest interaction in a high‑energy environment Exposure to food preparation areas and service equipment Core Competencies Guest Focus & Hospitality Teamwork & Collaboration Communication Skills Reliability & Accountability Attention to Detail Positive Attitude Focus Group Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Application Question(s): What interests you in working at a licensed Panda Express at the military base/installation? What is your availability during the week?
