FMCSA/PHMSA
rules cold and have you led a hazardous materials transportation safety program end-to-end? Have you built environmental and safety programs inside chemical manufacturing or distribution facilities—owning
SPCC, SARA
Tier II, and Hazard Communication? If so, you can scale our safety culture across multiple terminals and sites in several states. The Challenge Unify transportation and facility compliance: Oversee safety and regulatory adherence across bulk hazmat transport and chemical operations.
Raise the transportation safety bar:
Keep Driver Qualification Files impeccable. Administer Drug & Alcohol testing programs. Ensure bulletproof Hours of Service compliance. Own DOT inspection readiness and
CSA BASIC
score tracking. Deliver compliant hazmat driver training.
Strengthen chemical EHS systems:
Lead SARA Tier II submissions. Maintain Hazard Communication programs and training. Prepare for EPA inspections and manage follow-up actions. Maintain and execute SPCC plans. Enforce regulations for chemical storage and handling.
Own regulatory engagements:
Direct DOT, EPA, and OSHA inspections and steward participation in industry programs like ACD Responsible Distribution (or similar).
Drive incident reduction:
Lead root cause analysis, implement targeted safety programs, coach drivers with accountability, and measure results through data-driven performance monitoring. What You've Done Led safety programs specifically within a hazmat transportation fleet (beyond general trucking/warehouse safety). Managed environmental and safety programs in chemical manufacturing, distribution, or hazardous materials facilities. Implemented EHS programs consistently across multiple facilities and states.
