Develop and execute risk-based audit programs for external vendors and service providers.
Track corrective actions and ensure effective resolution of findings.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, quality, or related discipline.5+ years of experience in quality systems, regulatory compliance, supplier management, or operational governance.
Experience managing audits, corrective actions, process improvement initiatives, and certification programs.
Strong understanding of risk assessment, document control, and quality management practices.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience with USDA Certifications, Organic Certifications, Kosher Certifications, Non-conformance Investigations, and Quality compliance and program leaderships is highly desired and would result in priority consideration.
Preferred BackgroundExperience in manufacturing, ingredients, industrial products, specialty materials, distribution, consumer products, or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
Previous successful wins of Strengthened compliance and quality performance, and effective supplier and partner oversight.

Greater Chicago AreaAn established organization in the Consumer food products and materials sector is seeking a Regulatory Programs & Quality Manager to oversee compliance initiatives, quality systems, supplier governance, certification programs, audit readiness, and process improvement activities.
