The scope of this job includes managing compliance and regulatory matters related to healthcare and privacy to ensure overall compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. This position is based at WellSky's World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS. We invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare! Key Responsibilities Draft, revise, maintain, and implement compliance policies and procedures consistent with changing state and federal compliance requirements, including HIPAA and other statutes applicable to data privacy, health IT, and services supporting healthcare providers. Lead efforts to implement integration of AI capabilities into compliance workflows Lead internal investigations to assess the organization's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies (e.g., conflict of interest review). Report to the WellSky Compliance Committee on the health of compliance program activities, initiatives, and adherence. Perform other job duties as assigned. Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent At least 8-12 years of related work experience Preferred qualifications Experience configuring and managing GRC tool, Onspring preferred Experience with supporting SOC and HITRUST audits for Health IT Software Job Expectations Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time #LI-OF1 #LI-Onsite WellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
