Job Description

Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property & Retail Brand Compliance Manager to support retail site performance, brand compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both fieldwork and administrative oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with brand standards Identify and resolve operational and compliance issues quickly Manage fuel pricing, dealer commissions, and related financial tracking Maintain Dealer Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and ensure timely renewals Oversee property records, leases, and asset condition (Monday.com) Coordinate maintenance needs with vendors and internal teams Track and report on compliance, financial performance, and site conditions Communicate regularly with dealers, sales team, and leadership Manage inventory and distribution of branded materials and supplies
Requirements:
Experience in fuel distribution, retail operations, compliance, or dealer network management preferred Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, commission structures, and margin management Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently in a highly field-based role with extensive travel (up to 95%) Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency with operational and reporting tools (e.g., Zenput, Monday.com) strongly preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
