Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and presenting suitable F&I options. Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth deal closures. Ensure all transactions adhere to federal, state, and local financial regulations, including proper documentation for loan processing and compliance. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the financing process, explaining terms clearly and negotiating favorable agreements. Stay updated on industry knowledge of financial regulations affecting automotive financing to ensure ongoing compliance. Skills Minimum 2 years F&I experience. Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to upsell products confidently. CDK and DealerTrack experience is preferred. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a thorough understanding of contracts and legal compliance requirements. $240,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
