POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, International Trade Compliance will serve as the strategic trade compliance leader for Oceaneering's Aerospace & Defense Technologies (AdTech) business. This role is responsible for establishing and overseeing a scalable trade compliance program that enables business growth while ensuring compliance with U.S. and applicable international export control, sanctions, and import regulations. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments, with deep expertise in export classification, licensing, technology controls, and compliance program development. This individual will partner closely with engineering, program management, contracts, supply chain, business development, legal, security, and executive leadership to embed trade compliance into product development, proposal activity, program execution, and long-term business strategy.
LOCATION
Role provides the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, working both virtually and in the Hanover, Maryland office when required. Ability to travel up to 10% travel is required.
