If you have at least 1 year of experience with HOS compliance , a knack for technical troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Audit driver logs and records of duty status to ensure FMCSA compliance. Provide frontline technical support for Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) - troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Serve as the primary contact for driver support regarding ELD usage and compliance inquiries. Educate and guide drivers on Hours of Service regulations and safe logging practices. Collaborate with safety and operations teams to promote a culture of compliance and accountability. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of direct experience with HOS compliance in the trucking or transportation industry. Familiarity with leading ELD platforms and safety systems. Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations, particularly as they relate to HOS and ELDs. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) - required. Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to ELD devices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to train and coach drivers in a clear, supportive, and professional manner. Comfortable working independently and within a team. Available for afternoon/evening shift if necessary. Pay is based on experience and training requirements.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
