$25 - $33 an hour We are seeking an experienced Compliance & Licensing Manager with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations. In this role, you will ensure our organization maintains full compliance with applicable laws, manage licensing renewals, and oversee the acquisition of new licenses as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all business activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations. Manage all licensing renewals and ensure timely submissions. Prepare and submit applications for new business licenses and healthcare certifications. Stay up-to-date with changing healthcare regulations and advise leadership on compliance risks. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all operations are aligned with legal requirements. Assist in audits or inspections by regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in law, healthcare administration, business, or related field. Proven experience in compliance, particularly in the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and licensing processes. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally.
