This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Position Overview We are seeking a Program and Compliance Manager to support and execute compliance and privacy initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, with a strong focus on Medicare billing and coding compliance, audits, and patient privacy. This is a highly visible, hands-on position that partners closely with leadership to identify risk, lead investigations, and strengthen compliance programs. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support compliance and privacy program initiatives Conduct and manage billing and coding audits, with a focus on Medicare Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Identify compliance risks, trends, and gaps, and recommend corrective actions Lead and support internal investigations related to fraud, waste, abuse, and errors Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational adherence to applicable laws Track audit work plans, findings, and resolution efforts Support privacy functions, including breach response and prevention Prepare reports and present audit findings to leadership and committees Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, finance, and operations Provide training and guidance on compliance, documentation, and HIPAA regulations Required Qualifications 5-6+ years of compliance and privacy experience within healthcare Experience with billing and coding audits, preferably Medicare-focused Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to healthcare compliance, including fraud, waste, and abuse Experience conducting audits and managing compliance investigations Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (Master's or JD) preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
