Rapid Temps is seeking an experienced Manager, Credentialing & Quality to lead credentialing, compliance, quality assurance, and risk management initiatives across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands healthcare compliance, knows how to manage complex credentialing processes, and can build strong relationships with both internal teams and external healthcare clients. You'll lead a dedicated credentialing and QA team while serving as a key clinical liaison for clients, audits, and accreditation activities . Your expertise will directly support compliance, quality, risk reduction, and the continued strength of Rapid Temps' healthcare staffing operations.
WHAT YOU'LL
LEAD- Credentialing & Compliance Lead the credentialing and compliance team through end-to-end credentialing processes Ensure credentialing meets Joint Commission standards, state regulations, and client-specific requirements Evaluate complex credentialing cases and make final decisions Develop and improve internal policies and workflows Maintain audit-ready processes and documentation Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and minimize risk Clinical Liaison & Client Relationships Serve as the primary clinical representative during client interactions, audits, and accreditation activities Provide expert clinical guidance related to compliance and credentialing Maintain accurate clinical protocols and credentialing records Help strengthen Rapid Temps' B2B partnerships by delivering consistent, high-quality compliance practices Support strong communication between internal teams and external business clients Risk Management & Sentinel Events Develop and manage risk-mitigation strategies Oversee robust primary source verification processes Lead clinical reviews of sentinel events, including medication errors and other safety concerns Collaborate with internal teams on timely reporting and resolution of identified risks Remediation & Compliance Resolution Assist with investigations involving clinical concerns or incidents reported by clients Document and present findings to HR and senior leadership Support appropriate resolution and remediation activities Drive ongoing improvements based on investigation findings Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Direct quality assurance initiatives, including internal audits, incident monitoring, and performance assessments Monitor and analyze key performance indicators Evaluate compliance effectiveness and service quality Initiate corrective actions and support cross-departmental improvements Help maintain and continually improve organizational standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience focused on compliance, risk management, or leadership roles Strong knowledge of: Joint Commission
