Incumbent will be responsible for the oversight of the facilities Safety and Adaptive Equipment programs and is responsible for ensuring flawless integration and day-to-day management of the program functions and associated operations to establish a safe and secure environment for the patients/clients/residents and employees of the facility and the surrounding communities. How does it get done? Incumbent's primary duties include coordinating compliance, quality and performance activities related to resident safety and environment of care issues. Who are the customers? Our facility is a secure facility which serves the needs of adolescent males ages 13-17 with a history of violence and/or aggression. Ideal Candidate Our facility is a secure facility which serves the needs of adolescent males ages 13-17 with a history of violence and/or aggression. Minimum Qualification Bachelor's degree in any field of study from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of experience in investigations, regulation, policy, statutory, and/or contract compliance. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience. Employment Requirements Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Pre-employment background investigation is required and is conditional pending results. Working Conditions Work is performed in an adolescent treatment center, with exposure to mentally and/or behaviorally challenged residents, who may exhibit unpredictable behaviors. This position may work in an office setting using related office equipment, with exposure to Visual Video Display Terminal and extensive personal computer and phone usage.
