Job Description

General Summary The Manager, Product & Supply Chain Compliance will support the execution of key product compliance, testing, regulatory filing, and social compliance initiatives across the organization's supply chain. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site. Key Responsibilities Manage product compliance and testing workflows, including vendor communication, document collection, and regulatory tracking Support product testing, lab relationships and maintain compliance documentation across applicable programs and regions Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of compliance requirements Lead
GRS & RCS
certification program across the organization working cross functionally with internal teams Lead and support social compliance program execution, including review of factory audits, corrective action plans, remediation tracking, and supplier engagement Serve as a subject matter expert on social compliance and responsible sourcing standards, partnering cross-functionally to strengthen program effectiveness and compliance accountability Help advance and mature the company's social compliance program through process improvements, reporting, risk analysis, supplier training, and ongoing program development Monitor compliance trends, reporting needs, and program milestones to ensure alignment with business objectives Maintain organized records, reporting tools, and compliance trackers Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain compliance, product compliance, sustainability, or social compliance Experience with factory audits, social compliance programs, and corrective action management preferred Expertise with product testing, regulatory compliance, and vendor management processes preferred Experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or consumer goods industries preferred Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 - $115,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
