Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Compliance Manager to lead and oversee the company s quality assurance and regulatory compliance programs. This role is responsible for driving food safety initiatives, ensuring regulatory adherence, and supporting site operations with technical expertise. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance, this position plays a critical role in maintaining and improving food safety and compliance standards across all facilities. High SchoolResponsibilities Lead food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across sites and external manufacturers. Conduct audits and ensure adherence to federal, state, and company standards. Manage quality systems, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee product compliance, certifications, and consumer complaint investigations (CAPA). Act as liaison between plant operations and corporate quality teams. Supervise staff and support site-wide food safety programs.
