We are looking for an experienced caregiver that is wanting to expand their skills in an office role. There are 40 hours per week guaranteed and opportunities for advancement! This position works Thursday - Monday with Tuesday/Wednesday being off.

Always Best Care has helped families with non-medical in-home care and assisted living placement services along with skilled home health care for over 20 years and we have now arrived in Cincinnati. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and grow as our practice grows. We are willing to train an experienced caregiver on the office duties.The Position:
The Care Manager/Compliance is responsible for Weekend coverage and filling in any shifts gaps in the schedule. You will coordinate with the Care Manager/Scheduler to ensure there are no schedule gaps. When you are not in the field, you will assist the President in reviewing employee files to ensure all Caregivers are compliant with Agency, State and Federal Regulations. You will serve as the first line of contact with Caregivers in the field. You will also assist in the hiring process alongside the President / Owner.Background & Qualifications:
Experience:
STNA certification is preferred but not required. A positive attitude and readiness to help patients in all aspects of ADLs, is required. We will train the right person in the office aspects of the position.Office / Computing skills:
You must have experience using a variety of software packages. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required. Experience with Wellsky is a big plus.Strong communication skills:
You are comfortable talking to a variety of people, all ages and backgrounds (caregivers, clients, client care teams / family, potential clients). You can write clearly and concisely whether it is in email or in written correspondence.Attention to detail:
You are able to focus on the little things while working in a fast-paced environment. Accurate recordkeeping and timely information form the foundation for a superior level of customer service Ability to work independently: You should be able to manage your assigned tasks with light supervision, keeping management updated as to your progress.
