- Position Overview

- Support the UDAAP complaints model, including assessing and assigning for review the top scoring complaints identified by the model as potential
UDAP/UDAAP
risk and feeding results of reviews back to the model manager for retraining.- Conduct complaint monitoring functions, including soliciting topics for deep dives, assigning and overseeing team execution, and quarterly reporting of review outcomes.
- Support issues management activities, including Customer Financial Issue scoring, thematic analysis, and reporting, to ensure adherence with established guidelines.
- Perform relevant tasks in support of the Compliance Program Framework (Identify, Assess, Monitor, Report), including periodic risk assessments and reporting.
- Perform independent detective risk management activities including monitoring and targeted reviews.
- Provide support for relevant exams and audits, including for UDAP/UDAAP, complaints, and CMS.
- Facilitating and managing annual compliance-owned metrics refresh and associated Whitepaper updates.

Base Salary:
$100,100.00- $223,080.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
