About us: We are an international IT and Fulfillment Services company with offices in the US, UK, and Portugal. At our Hatfield, PA fulfillment center we perform pick, pack, and ship services for a global medical device manufacturer. We provide a friendly and collaborative office environment that is backed by a company culture seeking innovation, growth, and work life balance for our employees. We are looking for a North American 3PL Licensing and Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our 3PL administrative team. You will be based on our offices at Hatfield, PA.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented North American 3PL Licensing & Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead and elevate our regulatory operations. Building on our established 3PL frameworks, this role takes ownership of multi-state and federal licensing, regulatory reporting, and compliance strategies for third-party logistics. You will ensure our medical device fulfillment operations strictly adhere to FDA standards, state boards of pharmacy, and relevant regional logistics regulations, serving as our core compliance authority.
Core Responsibilities:
Licensing & Regulatory Oversight:
Lead, track, and execute the full life-cycle of complex 3PL licensing applications, annual renewals, state-by-state filings, and federal regulatory reporting.
Policy & Standards Compliance:
Develop, audit, and enforce robust corporate compliance guidelines, security protocols, and medical device/3PL industry regulations across operations.
Workflow & Process Optimization:
Partner with internal operations to optimize administrative workflows, audit daily data management systems, and remove bottlenecks in compliance tracking.
Records Management:
Maintain flawless accuracy across company, regulatory, and client records, leading routine audits of internal files and regulatory documentation.
Agency & Client Communication:
Serve as the primary professional contact for regulatory bodies, state boards, and external audit teams regarding compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Law, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical compliance experience).
Experience:
Minimum 3-5+ years of dedicated experience managing regulatory compliance, state licensing, or quality management within a North American 3PL, medical device, or pharmaceutical distribution environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and G Suite platforms.
Skills:
Superior written and verbal communication skills, strong task management abilities under strict deadlines, and a high degree of self-motivation to execute complex tasks independently.

Critical Problem-Solving:
Ability to independently diagnose compliance bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions.
Meticulous Detail Orientation:
Exceptional accuracy when auditing multi-state filings, legal documentation, and operational reports.
Adaptability:
Rapid familiarity with proprietary logistics systems and changing state/federal regulatory landscapes.
