Work you'll do As a Manager - Regulatory & Compliance on the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, you will be responsible for: Lead regulatory reporting remediation and transformation initiatives, including requirements analysis, process design, automation, testing, validation, issue remediation, and implementation of new regulatory requirements. Monitor, analyze, and interpret regulatory developments impacting software and digital/social platforms, and translate those requirements into governance, risk, control, and compliance frameworks, as well as internal policies and procedures. Assess reporting processes, data flows, controls, and operational impacts in collaboration with client, product, and legal stakeholders to support compliance related to data, content moderation, intellectual property, user consent, and other regulatory obligations. Manage project workstreams and compliance activities, including risk assessments, audits, regulatory filings, responses to regulatory inquiries, incident investigations, impact assessments, and maintenance of compliance documentation. Develop analyses, findings, and recommendations for clients; deliver training on regulatory obligations and emerging compliance trends; and contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Law, Business Management, or Public Policy 6+ years of experience in technology, media, and telecommunications or consulting in one or more of the following areas: regulatory reporting remediation and transformation, implementation of new regulatory requirements, testing and validation of regulatory reporting processes and controls, regulatory report automation, regulatory report preparation, or data analysis Experience leading client engagement workstreams or teams in a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment Experience developing client deliverables, findings, recommendations, and remediation plans Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Experience with regulatory reports including Digital Markets Act, Digital Services Act, Cyber Resilience Act, European Union Data Act, European Union Artificial Intelligence Act, Federal Reserve Board Y-14, Federal Reserve Board Y-9C, Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council 031, Federal Reserve Board Y-15, Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council 009, or Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council 101 Experience with regulatory requirements analysis, regulatory controls testing, or issue remediation Experience with reporting technology tools such as Axiom Experience supporting regulatory risk functions within a technology, media, and telecommunications company or other regulated industry, including execution or oversight processes, risk assessments, reporting, controls, testing, or data analytics Experience supporting proposal development, client presentations, or business development activities Master of Business Administration, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Certified Public Accountant, Project Management Professional, or Chartered Financial Analyst designation The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
