Apply Now Manager - Regulatory & Compliance - Enterprise Operations & Risk Our Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team helps client leaders translate multifaceted risk and an evolving regulatory environment into defensible actions that strengthen, protect, and transform their organizations. Work you'll do As a Manager - Regulatory & Compliance on the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, you will be responsible for: Lead regulatory reporting remediation and transformation initiatives, including requirements analysis, process design, automation, testing, validation, issue remediation, and implementation of new regulatory requirements. Monitor, analyze, and interpret regulatory developments impacting software and digital/social platforms, and translate those requirements into governance, risk, control, and compliance frameworks, as well as internal policies and procedures. Assess reporting processes, data flows, controls, and operational impacts in collaboration with client, product, and legal stakeholders to support compliance related to data, content moderation, intellectual property, user consent, and other regulatory obligations. Manage project workstreams and compliance activities, including risk assessments, audits, regulatory filings, responses to regulatory inquiries, incident investigations, impact assessments, and maintenance of compliance documentation. Develop analyses, findings, and recommendations for clients; deliver training on regulatory obligations and emerging compliance trends; and contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives.
