Position Summary Join City Cruises as a Captain and lead vessel operations while delivering safe, memorable experiences for every guest. This role combines maritime leadership, exceptional service, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Command and safely operate passenger vessels. Lead and develop crew members. Ensure Coast Guard compliance and safety standards. Conduct pre-cruise planning and emergency drills. Deliver an outstanding guest experience. Support vessel maintenance and operations. What We're Looking For Current 100-Ton Captain License. 5+ years of marine experience. Strong vessel handling and navigation skills. Leadership experience and safety-first mindset. Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
