VP, Counsel and Compliance Company Background Eagle is a fully integrated pharmaceutical company with research and development, clinical, manufacturing and commercial expertise. Eagle is looking for a motivated VP, Counsel and Compliance to provide strategic legal guidance for our commercial and medical teams. Responsibilities Serve as the company's primary legal advisor for commercial and medical teams Draft, review and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements and partnership agreements Oversee Eagle's Corporate Compliance Program, including review and revision of policies, auditing and monitoring for compliance with corporate compliance policies Prepare training materials and conduct training with sales and corporate employees Investigate compliance complaints Conduct training with sales and corporate employees Coordinate review and implementation of grants and corporate sponsorships Coordinate and prepare for quarterly Compliance Committee and Grant Committee meetings Coordinate and oversee Sunshine Act data collection and submissions Provide legal and compliance support for government pricing submissions Perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications JD degree Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Location:
Hybrid schedule, 3-4 days onsite/1-2 days remote. This position is based at our headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, with occasional travel as needed. Pay:
$250,000.00 - $315,000.00 per year
