Position Summary We're seeking a Senior Manager to join the Medicaid Compliance team. The successful candidate will play a lead role in interacting with state regulators as part of external exams, audits, and regulatory inquiries, driving successful implementation of corrective action plans, and providing subject matter expertise on state regulatory environment to business areas, other compliance teams and legal areas. The position will provide support and guidance to ensure that all functions, operations, and activities are conducted in accordance with Company standards for conduct and integrity, and all applicable laws and regulations. This role requires advanced project management skills and high levels of collaborating and partnering with regulators, business partners, impacted stakeholders and various levels of management.
External Exam/Audit Management:
- Coordinate market conduct exams across Compliance Officers, impacted business areas and with Legal.
- Serve as a main point of contact for state regulators and third-party auditors.
- Ensure accurate, timely collection and delivery of exam materials.
- Oversee responses to exam findings and corrective action plans.
- Maintain strong documentation of all exam-related work.
