Responsibilities for Program Compliance Manager Flexibility for up to 50% travel required (all within Texas) Conducts on-site monitoring of subcontractor contract compliance, documents and facilities Drafts correspondence regarding monitoring and general compliance Communicates with subcontractors regarding compliance with contract expectations Communicates with supervisors about subcontractor performance and compliance policy Assists in educational material review and processing as needed Requires the ability to clearly communicate a standard, and accurately assess compliance against the standard Corresponds with potential subcontractors, reviews potential subcontractor applications, and conducts on-site reviews of potential subcontractor facilities Qualifications for Program Compliance Manager Four-year degree Excellent writing and communication skills required Excellent attention to detail Ability to ascertain contract compliance and effectively communicate failings No accounting or finance experience required Salary and Benefits Benefits include full medical/dental/vision coverage for employee and family with $0 premium contribution After 12 months of employment, generous maternity leave policy with availability to bring child to office from birth to 6-months 3% IRA match Ready to Apply?
