Job Description

Overview / Summary The Sr. Director of Training, Quality & Compliance is responsible for ensuring the organization is equipped to execute effectively, consistently, and in compliance with business and regulatory requirements. This role leads enterprise-wide training, quality, and compliance strategies that drive workforce capability, operational consistency, and measurable business outcomes. This leader partners with Operations, HR, Product, Technology, and Executive Leadership to translate business strategy and transformation initiatives into scalable training programs, quality frameworks, and compliance-driven behaviors. A key focus is enabling successful adoption of new systems, tools, and ways of working through targeted training, change enablement, and performance support, ensuring alignment between workforce capability, process execution, and regulatory or contractual requirements so the organization can operate efficiently and at scale. Training Strategy, Organizational Development & Technology Enablement Define and execute enterprise training and organizational development (OD) strategies aligned with business and transformation priorities. Lead the design and delivery of blended learning solutions (e.g., coaching, classroom, virtual, experiential, and digital learning). Develop and deliver training strategies and plans to support major technology initiatives, including system implementations, upgrades, and process changes. Partner with Product, Technology, and PMO teams to align training with system functionality, business processes, and deployment timelines. Ensure readiness of end users through role-based training, job aids, and ongoing performance support. Establish success metrics to measure training effectiveness, adoption, and performance improvement. Develop and scale competency-based training programs to support workforce capability, performance improvement, and succession planning. Optimize training staffing levels to align with operational training needs, business priorities, and demand across teams and initiatives. Quality & Compliance Management Establish and oversee quality and compliance frameworks that ensure consistent execution of business processes and adherence to contractual, regulatory, and internal standards. Lead teams responsible for monitoring operational performance, identifying quality issues, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Ensure alignment between training programs and quality/compliance requirements to drive sustained behavioral and performance improvements. Partner with compliance and operations stakeholders to reinforce standards, reduce risk, and improve audit outcomes. Performance Improvement & Change Leadership Lead initiatives focused on improving employee performance, operational consistency, and business outcomes. Drive adoption of new processes and technologies through structured training, coaching, and reinforcement strategies. Support change management efforts by ensuring training and enablement activities are integrated into broader transformation plans. Manage senior-level stakeholder engagements to align on priorities, expectations, and success measures. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a senior advisor to internal and external stakeholders on training, quality, compliance, and workforce enablement strategies. Work directly with business leaders to understand their needs, especially related to new processes, systems or ways of working, and design training and support that helps their teams perform effectively. Foster strong collaboration across departments and functional teams. Minimum Requirements Sr. Director - Training, Quality and Compliance Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred). 12+ years of progressive experience in training, organizational development, quality, compliance, or related functions. Proven experience leading enterprise training programs tied to business transformation and measurable outcomes. Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale technology implementations through training, change enablement, and user adoption strategies. Strong background in designing and delivering blended learning solutions at scale. Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives and influence senior stakeholders. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with both internal and client-facing experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
