Job Description

Overview Responsible for a wide range of client compliance and risk management duties with oversight of the commercial safety portals, subcontractor management with Shermco and Veriforce, RFP response, questionnaires, insurance compliance and general client inquiries. In some cases, this work will include the creation of Non-Disclosure Agreements and Master Subcontractor Service Agreements. Identify best practices associated with the client compliance and risk management process to continually look to increase efficiency. This would include opportunities for automation of redundant tasks.
Work Schedule:
Onsite four (4) days per week with one (1) remote day per week. Responsibilities Risk Mitigation and Client Compliance Open, complete, and track all client questionnaires, RFPs, pre-qualifications, profiles and related non-legal documents to completion using Sales Force automation. Collaborate with sales owner for responses specific to the project. Store all in-progress and completed documentation on Risk SharePoint site Maintain and improve upon master questionnaire document by comparing responses on new documents to existing master. Circulate master document for review twice a year to secure updated responses due to changing compliance requirements and track effort in Sales Force Ensure Team is documenting all client compliance and risk-related items handled in Salesforce. Track all open items, even those assigned to vendors via Sales Force case and report weekly on in progress and completed work. Serve as an "as-needed" backup for other members of EHS-Risk Work with the Contracts Team to have legal documents associated with RFPs and bids reviewed and returned to Sales Create and distribute monthly production reports Issue Key Contacts quarterly Other duties may be added as the role develops and evolves. Qualifications Education and Experience Minimum 7 -10 years' experience within risk management and / or compliance. Bachelor's Degree Supervisory and strategic planning experience preferred Experience with Environmental, Health and Safety portals preferred Experience with Salesforce preferred Experience in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities. Skills and Abilities Requirements Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Highly developed customer service skills. Ability to create relationships with clients and suppliers with a customer service focus. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and talent for precision Superior reading and writing skills Proactively manage risk and find solutions to problems Ability to work independently and remain highly organized
