KP Staffing duncanville is now hiring Warehouse operations, training & compliance managers in Lancaster, TX! Job Summary The Warehouse operations, training & compliance manager will develop, implement, and improve warehouse operational standards across multiple company locations while ensuring warehouse teams operate safely, efficiently, and consistently through standardized procedures, training, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Pay $90 - $105 per hour Shift 1st shift Duties Develop and standardize warehouse operating procedures across multiple locations Ensure consistency across receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and shipping Conduct warehouse operational audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs Support warehouse startups and new facility implementations Identify workflow improvements to increase productivity, reduce errors, and control costs Evaluate warehouse space, equipment, and labor utilization and provide recommendations to management Develop and manage company-wide warehouse training programs Create onboarding and refresher training programs for warehouse employees Conduct in-person and virtual training Train employees on material handling, loading and unloading, cargo securement, forklift safety, inventory procedures, hazard communication, emergency response, and customer-specific requirements Maintain training records, certifications, and competency assessments Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, FDA, GMP, ISO, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements Conduct safety audits, inspections, and workplace assessments Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions Coordinate internal and external compliance audits Develop and monitor warehouse KPIs Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Support WMS and digital training platform adoption Partner with branch and operations leadership on customer implementations and operational improvements Responsibilities Lead warehouse training and compliance initiatives across multiple locations Partner with warehouse managers, branch managers, operations management, human resources, compliance, quality, transportation, and customer service Provide recommendations to management regarding warehouse space, equipment, and labor utilization Qualifications 5-8+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations experience 3+ years of leadership or management experience Experience managing training programs and compliance initiatives Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory processes Experience with OSHA regulations, safety programs, and compliance audits Experience developing and implementing SOPs Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Strong leadership, organization, communication, and presentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, operations management, or related field preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Ability to travel 25-50% to company warehouse locations Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly walk, stand, climb ladders, and inspect warehouse operations Job Type Direct Hire
