Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Guidewire Product Manager to lead Quality Control & Compliance (QCC) initiatives, driving product strategy, governance, and delivery. This role is responsible for managing the product roadmap, backlog, and compliance alignment across enterprise standards.
Mandatory Requirement:
Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Background in P&C Insurance (Property & Casualty) Preference for candidates with large-scale transformation program experience (Guidewire) Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of experience in: Product Management / Technical Program Management / Product Ownership Strong expertise in: Product roadmap ownership Backlog management (Epics, Features, User Stories) Governance, risk, and compliance frameworks Mandatory domain experience: BFSI / Insurance (P&C preferred) Guidewire PolicyCenter exposure required Hands-on knowledge of: Agile / Scrum methodologies DevSecOps practices CI/CD pipelines QA and test automation frameworks Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills Key Responsibilities Lead QCC initiatives aligned with enterprise quality, risk, and compliance standards Define and manage the technical product roadmap for governance tools and frameworks Own and prioritize the product backlog , ensuring continuous refinement Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams for delivery execution Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and ensure business value realization Act as the primary stakeholder interface for tooling, processes, and frameworks Lead roadmap discussions, governance forums, and executive reporting Drive standardization and continuous improvement across SDLC, Agile, and DevOps Preferred Skills Experience managing enterprise platforms or enablement products Exposure to audit, risk, and compliance frameworks Experience working with large insurance clients
