Quality Systems and Compliance Manager

The Quality and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and CMMI standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality and Compliance:

• Design, implement, and maintain QMS policies and procedures to ensure ISO 9001 and CMMI compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments; identify non-conformities and lead corrective actions.
• Lead management review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training on quality standards, compliance protocols, and audit readiness.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.

Project Management Office (PMO)

Support:

• Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and templates across the organization.
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and lessons learned sessions.
• Maintain project documentation and support the Project Management Information System (PMIS).
  Requirements
  
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMI, and NISPOM standards.
  
• Experience conducting audits and managing compliance programs.
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Security Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and/or compliance roles.
  
• ISO 9001 and/or CMMI certification preferred.
  
• Must be a U.

S. citizen and eligible for a security clearance.
