Job Description

DescriptionJoin our global advertising measurement compliance program that ensures Amazon's advertising products meet Media Rating Council (MRC) accreditation standards and deliver trustworthy metrics to customers worldwide. The Internal Audit team is seeking a Senior Manager to support the Media Rating Council (MRC) accreditation program on behalf of the Advertising business and its customers! Key job responsibilities This compliance Senior Manager will be responsible for supporting our Media Rating Council (MRC) compliance program across a broad scope of ad measurement products and solutions. Candidates for this position should be demonstrated leaders with superior analytical abilities, problem-solving and communication skills, and a strong drive to deliver results. In this position you will also be responsible for executing and managing compliance program deliverables and supporting risk assessments to prioritize the program roadmap. You should be comfortable interacting with technical software development engineers and business leaders. You should be able to translate technical risks into business issues and evaluate how these issues impact the overall compliance program. You should be able prioritize findings and recommendations and bring together multiple stakeholders to agree on appropriate solutions to drive MRC compliance requirements. You must be comfortable performing as a sole contributor or teammate, and coaching and training less experienced auditors or consulting resources. You must be a writer who can succinctly communicate complicated technical issues in business terms. You must be an effective project manager that can balance compliance efforts for multiple ad products at once. Up to 10% travel may be required, including international travel.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced levelPreferred Qualifications
  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • CPA, CMA, CISA, CIA or equivalent risk, audit, or compliance credentials
  • Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining global compliance programs or audits
  • Experience with Media Rating Council (MRC) requirements and accreditation process
  • Experience with digital advertising measurement and reporting
  • Results-oriented
  • ability to motivate, influence, and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • High judgment in evaluating compliance requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
