The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures. What will you do? Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy Observe and document any alcohol-related issues Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work Assist with alcohol cut-off More about you Must be at least 21 years old Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit required prior to being hired Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays No college degree required Physical requirements Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season Shift details Days Evenings Weekends Holidays Events 12hr shift OT as needed
