Job Summary Job Posting Prescient Edge is seeking a professional to support a federal government client. Job Requirements:
Assists in the development and planning of training and exercises to drive Intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. Evaluates intelligence products for the application of IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and compliance with the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 series. Develops metrics, present findings, and offers recommendations to the Government for improvement. Develops and implements self-assessment measures to minimize subjective variations in the data collected. Identifies significant strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps, and any other notable features of analytic tradecraft in the intelligence production evaluated. Assists the Government in improving the rigor of its evaluation methods and enhancing the integrity of the product evaluation process. Coordinates the development and refinement of space operational intelligence doctrine, tradecraft, training, and curricula to support the development of the intelligence components of the Space Operations Force and

in coordination with the IC and relevant military intelligence organizations. Executes the curricula and lesson plans to train space operational intelligence professionals and others as required. Assess exercises for lessons learned to identify gaps in tradecraft and training for

Intelligence Enterprise. Prepares documents, briefings, and other correspondence to support assigned duties and highlight successes and shortfalls to J2 senior leadership.
Experience and Education:
20 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least four years of the experience within the last 2 years. Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Huntsville, AL.
