Conduct timely and thorough clinical reviews in response to Health Plan inquiries Provide ongoing monitoring, tracking, and trending of various quality improvement or compliance indicators. Facilitate professional trainings such as Clinical Documentation, Risk Management, Incident Reporting, Infection Control, Electronic Health Records, and other essential topics. Where will you work?: This role has the opportunity to work remotely, but will travel to SAGE offices in the Maricopa Co. area as needed. Must reside in Arizona. When will you work?: This role is primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, but has flexibility to adjust the schedule as needed. This is a full-time, salaried position.
Pay:
Up to $60,000/year, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required. Previous clinical work experience preferred. Previous Quality Improvement or Compliance experience in a behavioral health field preferred. Quality Improvement or Compliance certification (CPHQ, CHC, or similar) preferred but not required.
