Job Description

Amazon's North American Surface Transportation ( NAST ) Compliance Team is seeking a NAST Compliance Analyst to drive large scale projects, programs and technical initiatives within Amazon Middle Mile Transportation network. This is an exciting space that is in the heart of North American Surface Transportation Safety & Compliance within Middle Mile. The team is comprised of subject matter experts who leverage transportation compliance administration with efforts to continually raise the bar on transportation services at Amazon. Key job responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations.
- Build relationships with project stakeholders across key internal teams, stakeholder teams and external partners.
- Establish mechanisms that ensure highest levels of Amazon policies related to Department of Transportation regulations across our Middle Mile transportation network.
- Understand the deliverables of project stakeholders, critical path items, and effectively communicate status, potential risks, and delays.
- Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and enjoy working on different problems every day.
- Develop, implement and govern KPI reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance for all projects to the given stakeholders.
- Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources.
- Interact with 3rd party vendors to discuss performance metrics, service level agreements, contract negotiations, and daily workload volumes.
- Look for opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence.
- Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, and set project priorities and milestones.

- 2+ years of professional or military experience Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL
- 2+ years of data analysis and formula creation in Microsoft Excel experience
