Job Description

The Resource & Documentation Coordinator is responsible for day to day resource coordinating including but not limited to ordering product, coordinating product delivery to warehouse, maintaining documentation of product in warehouse, and coordinating shipment of product to external parties. Additionally, taking on responsibilities such as making deliveries, answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and maintaining a safe and clean work area will be required. This Resource and & Documentation Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining the test method database including uploading of new test methods, revisions of existing test methods, and driving ownership to engineering to write test methods according to internal standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and detail oriented. The ability to learn and take initiative is a must, along with good interpersonal skills in order to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and international counterparts. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate ordering of competitive product samples. Coordinate pull and delivery of inventory items. Labeling products and packages. Unloading freight trucks. Retrieving pallets and stored products and equipment. Use of reports for analysis and reconciliation of inventory. Operate forklift. Maintain test method database, upload new and revise existing test methods as needed. Ensure all product ordering tasks are done on a timely basis.

In Office The anticipated range for this position is $23.94 - $35.90 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as early access to pay, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
