This role serves as a roving support function for Operations. This position manages the movement and traceability of Government Property items, including calibration assets. It may handle shipping and receiving functions, expediting or dispatching orders, physical inventories of property, and ensuring policy and procedure requirements are being met and maintained on-site. Additionally, it collaborates with and mentors Program Office teams and Engineers on obtaining desired outcomes while adhering to Policy and Procedure requirements.Essential Functions:
- Movement and traceability of Government Property items, including calibration assets.
- Support for shipping and receiving tasks.
- Movement and traceability of production and repair orders as needed.
- Support for inventory objectives, including components and WIP.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinate with various areas to fulfill inventory and material movement needs.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Current Security Clearence - Secret Level (hold or attain) .
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with
FAR 52.245-1.
- NPMA certification (CPPS, CPPA or CPPM)
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Project Management experience.
