Schedule :
Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Warranty Administrator is responsible for processing, submitting, and tracking manufacturer warranty claims to ensure timely reimbursement from Ford Motor Company . This role works closely with the service department to ensure all warranty repairs meet manufacturer guidelines and compliance standards.
What You'll Do:
Review repair orders to verify warranty coverage and eligibility Ensure all documentation meets Ford warranty policies and procedures Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding or rejected claims Resolve claim discrepancies and resubmit as needed Communicate with service advisors and technicians to gather required information Maintain organized records of all warranty submissions and approvals Stay up to date with Ford warranty bulletins, recalls, and policy changes Assist with warranty audits and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards Reconcile warranty receivables and report on claim activity
What You'll Need:
