Are you tired of commuting? Come join Apex as a Contractor Liaison out of our Hesperia location. Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Contractor Liaison to serve as a vital bridge between our organization and our contractors. The Contractor Liaison serves as a primary point of contact for contractors regarding documentation and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining compliance with insurance requirements, drug and alcohol certificates of compliance, CARB regulations, Clean Truck Check requirements, workers' compensation requirements, licensing, permits, and other applicable regulatory documentation.
Essential Duties:
Maintain accurate records for all active and inactive contractors. Coordinate the onboarding process for new contractors. Collect and verify required contractor documentation. Monitor contractor paperwork and compliance requirements on a daily, weekly, quarterly & annual basis. Prepare and distribute contracts and required documents through Docusign. Monitor the SMS scores for contractors. Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical contractor records Communicate with contractors regarding missing, expired, or incomplete documentation. Maintain confidentiality of all information. Assist the Fuel and Licensing departments with administrative duties as needed. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to sit for extended periods while performing administrative duties Ability to frequently use a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to work flexible hours when needed. Ability to work effectively in an office environment and maintain productivity while managing multiple priorities.
Certification and Experience Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of Docusign , Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization skills and attention to detail . Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in Spanish. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
